Smartsheet Core Product Practice Exam

To reduce the number of notifications sent from a workflow without modifying the triggers, adjusting the frequency by editing the Run workflow setting is an effective approach. This option allows Shauna to control how often notifications are generated based on the activity or updates in the workflow. By managing the frequency, she can ensure that notifications are sent out less frequently, helping to minimize the traffic without altering what actions or events trigger those notifications.

In contrast, other options might not achieve the desired outcome. Restricting notifications to high-priority tasks would limit notification coverage but does not directly address the issue of frequency. Changing notification recipients might affect who receives the messages but does not impact the number of notifications being sent. Deleting the existing workflow to create a new one is more drastic and may not be necessary or efficient, especially if the goal is simply to adjust notification frequency.
